We recommend allowing 2.5-3 hours of free time in Kuranda Village so you can wander at a relaxed pace through the markets and grab some lunch at a local cafe, or visit the Australian Butterfly Sanctuary, Birdworld and Koala Gardens.

We do offer a variety of time choices from full day to half day options to suit all travellers.

  • 11.00am Skyrail up / 3.30pm Train down  (2.5 hrs in Kuranda Village)*

HALF DAY OPTIONS

  • 8.50am Train up / 11.30am Skyrail down  (1 hr in Kuranda Village)
  • 12.45am Skyrail up / 3.30pm Train down (1 hr in Kuranda Village)*

Train Travel Time:  The train journey takes 1.5-2 hours.

Skyrail Travel Time:  Our packages allow 1.5 hours for your Skyrail journey to ensure ample time for the two stops, Red Peak and Barron Falls.

Bus Transfers:  Please note bus pick up times will be confirmed at time of booking subject to which hotel.
